AIM's Fundraisier: A Success!
|
On January 25th, over 175 people gathered for All in Mentoring’s (AIM) annual fundraising event - AIM for FUN: A Night of Laughter. Thanks to event attendees, sponsors and donors, All In Mentoring raised a net profit of $25,678 which will allow the organization to continue serving its 67 matches with an effort to increase the number of mentor/mentee relationships in our community.
While the purpose of the event was fundraising, it was also a chance to invite others to join AIM’s mission by becoming a mentor. The night was filled with a live and silent auction, heartfelt stories, and 3 comedians. Emcees and AIM Mentors, husband and wife duo, Noel and Libby Fry, kicked the night off sharing about their matches. Executive Director, Kori Chamberlin, shared about AIM’s history and how AIM has grown over the last 3 years. Jessica Wheeler shared about how her son’s mentor, Adam, has impacted him. Then, the comedians took the stage and solicited laughs from the entire audience. Including in-kind donations and silent auction donations, AIM raised over $33,000.

Update: AIM Expands into
Denver Community Schools
|
|
|
All In Mentoring was able to expand into the Denver Community School District this school year. Five students were paired with a caring, supportive mentor in Denver this year at the Denver Middle School and Elementary School.
|
|
All In Mentoring is still actively seeking volunteers to serve as mentors for Denver children for the 2025-2026 school year to continue to meet the need. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply through the All In Mentoring website. Training and support will be provided to all mentors to ensure a positive and impactful experience for both mentors and mentees.
