Virtual Training for Mentors through Iowa MENTOR
Tuesday, February 25th, 2025 at 4:30pm - 6:00pm
We have advertised this training before, so if you have not already taken the opportunity to attend this training, we encourage it (however, it is completely optional). "This is a training for any individual that would like to be a mentor or is serving as a mentor in a mentoring program. A perfect "first step training" where we will explore some critical attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that serve as the foundation of being an effective mentor. Participants will receive a certificate of completion and should come prepared to learn and interact with others."

Music Lab

"For over three decades Waterloo Cedar Falls Symphony’s Lollipops concert have been inspiring the Cedar Valley’s youngest audiences. With a new emphasis on interactivity and creativity we are proud to introduce for the second year a fresh incarnation of these community concerts: Music Lab! Free and open to the public! Music Lab continues as an annual series of free concerts for kids featuring small ensembles from all genres of music. This year feature is a Brass Quintet."
