New School Year Information
for School and Hybrid Matches
|
Meeting Times
AIM has reached out to all of our mentee's teachers to find good times for mentors to meet with their mentees. If you have not already heard from us on when you and your mentee will meet, we will be in touch soon! We ask that you start meeting with your mentees the week of September 16th, unless you communicate otherwise.

|
New Schools
All of the elementary schools now have secured entrances. When you arrive to see your mentee at school, press the button next to the door. This will alert the office secretary to unlock the door for you. Then, go into the office and they will be able to call your mentee down to the office.

|
Middle School Matches
When you arrive at the middle school, use the North entrance. You will then need to check in with one of the office secretaries (tell them who you are and who your mentee is). They will then call your mentee down to the office to meet you. Middle school matches will be able to meet in the room just off the auditorium (take a left out of the office, a right into the first set of doors of the auditorium, and an immediate left into the new AIM room). The AIM games/activities are in an office inside of that room. This is a new space for us this year! The room has a kitchen space, table/chairs, and a carpeted space.
